Acceptance
By using Wobbly, you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.
Your apps
You confirm you own or have permission to scan any URL you submit. You are responsible for ensuring scans comply with the target site's terms.
Scans
Dots analyze public pages read-only. They do not log in, submit forms, create accounts, or complete payments. We block private and internal addresses and cap page count and response size.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end. Refunds are handled case by case. Contact us to request one.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wobbly to scan sites you do not have permission to scan, to overload targets, or for any unlawful activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of the apps and data you submit. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Limitation of liability
Wobbly is provided as-is. Findings are guidance, not guarantees. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend access for violations of these terms.
Licence and app stores
The software licence for the Wobbly apps, including the terms Apple and Google require, is set out in our End User Licence Agreement at /eula.
