This licence
This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is between you and Wobbly and covers the Wobbly applications on web, iOS, and Android, including any updates. By installing or using an app you accept this licence.
Licence grant
Wobbly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use.
App store terms
If you installed the app from the Apple App Store, this licence is between you and Wobbly only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this licence with the right to enforce it. If you installed from Google Play, Google's terms apply in addition to this licence.
Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where the law says you may. You may not remove or alter proprietary notices.
Subscription
Paid features require an active subscription. Purchases made in a mobile app store are billed by that store and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Web purchases renew through our payment processor until cancelled in Billing.
Your content
You keep ownership of the URLs, reports, and content you submit. We use it only to run the service for you.
Updates and changes
We may release updates and change the app over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated app and this licence.
Termination
This licence ends if you breach it or delete your account. On termination you must stop using the app. Sections on restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive.
Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Findings are guidance, not guarantees, and are not a substitute for your own testing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wobbly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
